Carrie is one of our expanded duties dental assistant at our Longwood, FL dental office. Since she has her expanded functions certificate, Carrie is able to take X-rays, apply fluoride, monitor nitrous oxide administration, polish teeth, and remove sutures, in addition to helping Dr. Hawkins during patient procedures. In the three years she’s been with our team, Carrie has proven to be an essential part of achieving our mission to improve and maintain our patients’ smiles. When she’s not in the office, Carrie loves watching movies, reading, and shooting trap with her teenage sons and her dad.
